With over 15 years in UK law enforcement, Jamie Botting built his career at the forefront of crime reduction and community safety, serving in two police forces and leading high-stakes operations shaped by intelligence-led strategies. His work wasn’t just about enforcement, it was about prevention, building safer communities, and ensuring that security measures worked where they mattered most.

Drawing on this experience, Jamie founded Fortis Secure Global Solutions to bring the same precision, discipline, and strategic thinking to the private security sector. Today, he designs and delivers bespoke security consultancy and protection services for high-net-worth individuals, private estates, and organisations across multiple sectors.

Jamie’s expertise spans strategic security planning, risk assessment, crisis management, and discreet, tailored protective solutions. Ben Anderson – Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director

Ben Anderson brings more than 25 years of experience in building consultancy, working across Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His career has taken him from advising government bodies to supporting multinational corporations, always with the same focus — delivering clarity, precision, and strategic insight on complex property portfolios.

As the founder of an RICS-regulated multi-disciplinary consultancy, Ben built a reputation for providing specialist technical due diligence, in-depth condition surveys, and high-level strategic advice. His work has helped shape the management and development of some of the world’s most prestigious estates, ensuring that every recommendation is grounded in expertise and a deep understanding of client needs.

From overseeing the sensitive refurbishment of historical landmarks to guiding large-scale international developments, Ben’s leadership blends technical excellence with a commitment to long-term value. Christopher Radford – Director of Security Operations  

Chris Radford’s career spans more than 58 years in military and private security operations, combining the discipline of the British Army with the discretion required for the world’s most prestigious clients. Serving in both the Household Cavalry and Special Forces, Chris gained unparalleled experience in high-threat environments and protective operations at the very highest level.

His expertise has been entrusted to the security of the British Royal Family, diplomatic residences, and iconic heritage sites such as Windsor Castle and Westminster Abbey. Beyond the UK, Chris has managed and led large-scale security operations across Europe, North America, and Africa, often in challenging and complex environments.

From directing elite protection services for high-net-worth individuals to safeguarding foreign dignitaries, Chris is recognised for his strategic oversight, meticulous planning, and ability to deliver security solutions that protect without intruding. Trevor Botting – Senior Security Consultant

With over 41 years of senior law enforcement experience in the UK and overseas, Trevor Botting has led policing organisations through some of the most complex operational and strategic challenges of recent decades. His career began with Sussex Police, where he rose to the rank of Superintendent, commanding over 500 officers and staff and overseeing specialist units including firearms, child protection, and emergency response.

Trevor went on to serve as Chief of Police in Saint Helena before becoming Commissioner of Police in the Turks and Caicos Islands, making him one of the few to have held the top policing role in two UK Overseas Territories. His leadership transformed operational security at Gatwick Airport, modernised firearms operations nationally, and strengthened crisis response capabilities in high-risk environments.

Renowned for his strategic vision and calm under pressure, Trevor has established policing frameworks and security initiatives that continue to shape international law enforcement today.
